Now I have landed back to earth I just wanted to thank you and your incredible ladies for such a top notch job!!  The level of flavour, timing and professionalism was outstanding and even as we ran everything off a generator to start with after a flooded space the day before I felt relaxed in your hands.  I will recommend you and your team with passion to anyone who needs catering and I thank you again for your support and flexibility.
