TERMS:

A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation of the function up to & including 7 days prior incurs a fee of 50% of total cost. Cancellation within 7 days of function incurs a fee of total cost of invoice.
The number of guests attending the event is to be confirmed by
five (5) full working days prior to the event date.
Increase in numbers at the event will be added to the final account.

Payment is to be finalised seven (7) days prior to the event date.

Surcharges apply - Sunday and Public Holiday Bookings and also incur a 12% additional cost.
Progressive Catering provides a full clean up the catering area.
