Beetroot marmalade tartlet, fresh chevre, baby watercress, orange & coriander dressing (V)

Pan grilled barramundi, hot & sour eggplant, urid dhal puree (GF)

Grass fed beef tenderloin, cauliflower & parmesan gratin, grilled broccolinni & cabernet jus (GF)


Twice cooked pork belly, roasted carrot puree, smoked butter beans, pickled walnut & apple salsa, thyme jus (GF)


Sous vide local chicken breast, roasted garlic & tarragon brioche bread pudding, green peas & beans, jus gras

Roast lamb rump, caramelised fennel & cherry tomatoes, dukkah crumble, date labneh (GF)  


Course three 

Leatherwood honey creme brûlée, pistachio biscotti
Oop's, I dropped the lemon tart

Dark chocolate tart, whipped hazelnut cream, raspberry compote

Marscapone panna cotta, grilled pineapple, maple & rum salsa
