Our morning & afternoon tea catering is suited for groups from as little as 2 people up to 1000 and beyond. You can either choose from one of our catering packages or we can work with you to supply exactly what you need. These packages are perfect for training days or corporate meetings.  We can come to you to discuss menu selection and view your venue or Progressive Catering can offer assistance in securing a suitable venue for your event.

         Freshly baked chef selection petit muffins, assorted danish, "better than mum's" home made scones - Cinnamon & Honey and          Bacon & Cheddar, whipped cream and preserves
 

4.     PM TEA PACKAGE  

         $9.90/person
         Home made piece of cake & slice with a chilled juice or water
 

LUNCH BOXES

If your having a large corporate function or smaller private gathering we can prepare and deliver individually packaged lunch boxes to suit your requirements. With everything from fresh sandwiches, gourmet rolls, wraps, cake slices, fruit and drinks our quality ingredients matched with our competitive prices will keep you and your guests satisfied.

         Chef selection of wrap, sandwich, seasonal fresh fruit salad with honey yoghurt dip and Australian cheese, crackers, lavosh,  walnuts & burnt fig & apple chutney
 

PLATTERS

Our platter menu has been designed for a light grazing before your main meal or otherwise can be used as a light lunch or dinner. Covering all tastes from seafoods to cold meats to antipasto and desserts. Prices suited to serve 10 guests and are designed to be a drop off option. Orders must be made and paid for 48 HOURS in advance.

         Sliced Roast beef, Roast Chicken pieces, Mortadella, Corned silverside & Salami served with Kalamatta olives, dill pickles and a homemade oven roasted spiced tomato chutney.
 

3.     Antipasto Platter

         Selection of grilled vegetables, Assorted olives, Feta cheese, mild salami and two homemade dips and fresh Turkish
         bread.
 

4.     Seafood Platter  

         $135.90/person
         Selection of whole Local king prawns, smoked trout, Pacific natural oysters, smoked salmon, marinated mussels in a
         tomato & coriander salsa and an amazing roast garlic, ginger & lime aioli, garnished with seasonal fruit.
 

5.     Mediterranean Vegetable Platter

         Herb marinated and cumin spiced roasted red capsicum, zucchini, eggplant, toasted Turkish bread accompanied with
         trio of in house made dips.
